Use the Select on Drag Over property to cause a tab in a TabList control to recieve focus when a user drags a corresponding data element over the control.

Selected	When a user drags an item over the TabList control, if the item exists as a tab, that tab receives focus.
Cleared	When a user drags an item over the TabList control, no action is taken.

CAVEAT: This property appears to be ignored.  Further information pending Bug 3893
