[edit] Description
Use the Main Page for Application property to select a page as the "main" page for your application.
This may or may not be the initially displayed page when your application starts, as that is controlled by the Default To Main Page property.
IMPORTANT: A value must be set for this property in order to post the application.
When you click the elipsis, the Select Page dialog appears allowing you to select the initial page to display.
