[edit] Procedure

To move a project to a different designgroup

  1. Open the solution from which you want to move the project and ensure that you have checked-in every object in the solution.
  2. At the top of the Builder, select the Staging tab, then post your application. If you have yet to create the DesignGroup into which you want to import the project, at the top of the Builder, select the DesignGroups tab, and create a new DesignGroup.
  3. At the top of the Builder, select the Design tab, then either open an existing solution in an existing DesignGroup, or create a new solution in the new DesignGroup. If you create a new solution, you don't need to add any project types to the solution (the solution can be empty prior to your import).
  4. Import the project you just posted. Your solution in your other DesignGroup now has the code you started elsewhere.

Note When you Post a project, only the dependent items get posted, so if you have more than one project you want to import, you may or may not need to post each one separately, depending on whether or not the projects you want to import are dependant on one another.
