Control : BulletinBoard

Description

The BulletinBoard control is a Layout manager that allows for absolute positioning.

As a control is dragged onto the manager, the control's position (in pixels) is displayed. Note that the top-left corner of the manager is point (0, 0). The X coordinate increases as you move right, and the Y coordinate increases as you move down. Any control dragged onto the container stays exactly where you drop it, instead of conforming to a grid or cell space.
